Namco museum 50th anniversary6/29/2023 ![]() What I thought was wrong in the menus was some jagged edges on the text and mini arcade screens on the game select, but it seems like those also are present on console. ![]() The game is packed with retro games and many of which are at the top of the most popular Namco games. All other games and everything else is just fine. Namco Museum: 50th Anniversary is a series of video game compilation specifically created for Namco’s 50th anniversary. The only issue I could find is that for a few frames while starting up Rolling Thunder, the screen will go rainbow pixels, but it immediately corrects itself. Besides for some games showing a garbled picture for a couple frames at startup and some minor graphical glitches in the menus everything is accurate. Tested all games except the two locked ones and they all worked perfectly at 100% speed. This title has been tested on the environments listed below: However, compatibility may extend to prior revisions or compatibility gaps may exist within ranges indicated as compatible due to limited testing. ![]() Namco has been in the video game business since 1974, when it acquired the Japanese division of the original Atari. Compatibility can be assumed to align with the indicated revisions. This '50th Anniversary' addition to the Museum series celebrates the longevity of Namco, which was founded in 1955 as an operator of 'rocking horse' amusement rides.
